Cancellations must be requested by email before the order shipment is sent to our logistics partner.
Once the order is out of our hands, you may not cancel your order.
All order cancellations are subject to a 6% processing fee to cover the non-refundable processing fees that we are charged on the original order.

Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, Thrive Aminos is no longer responsible for the package. Any issues related to loss, theft, delay, or misdelivery must be handled directly with the shipping carrier. We do not refund or replace orders that are lost, stolen, misdelivered, or otherwise affected by circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to carrier errors, incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, weather delays, or other carrier-related issues.
The customer is responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at checkout.
